I’m Abhishek Rajput, also known as ARDev in the Web3 community, a Blockchain Data Analyst at Lampros Tech, where my research and analytical work is submitted and published through LamprosDAO. With 2+ years of experience, I specialize in on-chain data analytics, incentive and ecosystem analysis, and research-driven reporting. My Role at Lampros Tech

Through my work at Lampros Tech, I lead data analytics and research initiatives that are submitted and published via LamprosDAO. I design and maintain analytical dashboards, develop data frameworks, and author research reports that help DAOs, Layer 2 networks, and DeFi protocols better understand governance dynamics, incentive effectiveness, and ecosystem performance. My contributions aim to make on-chain data accessible, interpretable, and actionable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I believe blockchain data should be open, verifiable, and practical. My approach combines rigorous data analysis with clear communication, ensuring insights are not only accurate but also useful for real-world decision-making. I place strong emphasis on open-source collaboration, reproducible research, and community-driven analytics that strengthen decentralization and fairness within Web3 systems.
